"Working conditions are extremely difficult: 8/4 shifts in a cramped van with multiple drivers, frequent delays and issues at the office, and unsafe vehicles. The company prioritizes profit over driver safety, neglecting maintenance and placing drivers in dangerous situations. There are concerns about the owner's financial practices and exploitation of drivers, including forcing them to handle refrigerated cargo in extreme temperatures without proper compensation. Parts are often unavailable, and the overall experience is described as absurd and potentially leading to injury or accidents."
"Work hours are a significant issue. Expect a 16-17 hour workday, with pressure to explain any shorter shifts. Weekly speeding violations are common, and inspections reveal numerous infractions, potentially leading to deportation. Expect threats of fines and termination if you refuse to violate laws and regulations. Company operations are likely to be exposed to VDI audits."
"This company is terrible. People were silent, allowing the owner to believe it was the best in Lithuania. Drivers arrive, accept vehicles, and quickly realize they've made a mistake. It takes months to get work permits, wasting time and money. Everything promised in the office is a lie. Managers who treat drivers well are fired. The office staff are cruel and cowardly, replacing drivers who challenge them. They attack drivers who defend their viewpoints, and the office environment is unpleasant. Drivers start looking for other jobs immediately. Drivers are required to take daily photos of their trucks, seemingly to monitor the deteriorating condition of the aging vehicles. The dispatcher is incompetent, frequently providing incorrect temperature instructions for refrigeration units, leading to potential spoilage of goods."
